Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation and Arrival Policy:** I value my time and your time and understand that circumstances may change. Please keep the following in mind: - I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - No-shows will be charged the full service price. - Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a 50% fee. - I try to accommodate late arrivals, but if you're over 15 minutes late, your appointment may be adjusted or cancelled, in order to avoid delays for other clients. (You'll incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.) - Due to limited space, only those receiving services should be present (no children please). ***IMPORTANT*** PRICES QUOTED UPON BOOKING APPLY EXCLUSIVELY TO IN-STUDIO SERVICES. AN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL FEE WILL BE INCURRED FOR SERVICES OUTSIDE OF MY STUDIO, WITH THE FEE DETERMINED BY BOTH THE HOURS REQUIRED AND THE DISTANCE TRAVELED.
